Introduction

At Crumpled Paper Productions, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to resolve the issue fairly, quickly and in accordance with your legal rights.

This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for products purchased through The Book Nook.

Physical Products

If you change your mind about a physical product, you may request a return in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items should be:

Returned within the applicable return period.
Unused and in their original condition where possible.
Returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

A refund
Another suitable solution agreed with you

We may ask for photographs of damaged items to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including flipbooks and downloadable resources, refunds cannot normally be provided once the download has begun.

However, if a digital product is faulty, inaccessible or does not match its description, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or required by law, the following items cannot normally be returned:

Downloadable digital products
Personalised products
Products made specifically to your order

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Please allow sufficient time for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been authorised.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it before shipping.

Once an order has been dispatched, our normal returns procedure will apply.
